The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and features an elegant dark wood dining room table set for 6 to 8with matching chairs. The breakfast bar seats an additional three people while a game and card table around the corner in the living room can also serve as dinner seating for an additional four people.

The large, tastefully decorated, living area will be a favorite place for everyone in your party. A card and game table sits in the back of the room, perfect for game night or coloring books. Two large overstuffed couches beckon guests to curl up or sprawl out, while two club chairs by the window are perfect for an afternoon with a book. At night, the sofa pulls out into a queen-size bed for additional sleeping space.

This vacation home’s wraparound porch serves as a second living room, a place to spend long lazy afternoons and cool evenings sipping sweet tea and chatting about the day. Two back balconies on the second and third floors provide more private outside sitting areas as well as views of the private pool. Shade trees provide cool respite from the hot Florida sun. Also the balconey on the front of the home offers a private area for the sun-worshippers in the family.

The master bedroom features a king-size wrought iron bed painted a cool white and iridescent linens in muted green and peach. With pale green walls, this a perfect room for the couple of the house to relax and find some privacy. Off to the side is a large, private master bath with garden tub and large walk-in shower and his & hers sink basins.
