The spacious dining room is both casual and elegant, located just over the breakfast bar from the kitchen. The dining set is white wood and features a long table set for 10. Extra chairs can be brought in to seat more people or hop up to the granite counter and serve 6 for a quick meal.

The living area features a sectional couch(with pull-out queen sleeper) and a comfortable recliner as well as a full entertainment center while the master bedroom features a king-size bed. Also has a small roll-away bed to sleep a child if needed. The entire apartment is decorated in lovely blue, green, and peach colors. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with dishwasher, oven and microwave, etc. A breakfast bar offers plenty of room for eating or relaxing. Back door opens to a private balconey that overlooks the large private pool.
