TRASH PICK-UP IS: (DAYS DIFFER PER EACH HOME, DAYS ARE POSTED ON FRIDGE OF EACH HOME)
1. SWEEP EXCESS SAND FROM ALL FLOORS. 2. RINSE TUBS AND SHOWERS FREE OF SAND. 3. PUT FURNISHINGS BACK IN ORIGINAL ORDER. 4. ALL DISHES MUST BE CLEANED, REMOVED FROM DISHWASHER AND PUT AWAY. 5. COUNTERS AND REFRIGERATOR WIPED CLEAN. ANY UNOPENED FOOD MAY BE LEFT ON COUNTER OR IN FRIDGE. 6. TRASH BAGGED AND PLACED IN OUTSIDE TRASH BIN. 7. LEAVE ALL KEYS ON KITCHEN COUNTER.
8. STRIP ONLY SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES FROM BEDS.
DO NOT! WE REPEAT, DO NOT STRIP COMFORTERS, PILLOW SHAMS, ZIPPERED PILLOW CASE COVERS OR BED PADS FROM BEDS. THIS IS THE OWNERS OR MAIDS RESPONSIBILITY.
BEDDING IS DRYCLEANED AND IF THEY'RE STRIPPED AND MIXED WITH ANYTHING DAMP THEY STAND A CHANCE OF GETTING PERMANENTLY DAMAGED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM.
IF ANY MATTRESSES ARE "WET", LOSS OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE THE RESULT!
ANYONE STAYING PAST 10:00 A.M. CHECK-OUT WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE EXTRA DAY!!
REMEMBER: IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR FULL DAMAGE DEPOSIT BACK, HOME MUST BE LEFT IN THE ORDER IT WAS FOUND. SO PLEASE BE SURE TO DO AS THIS LIST REQUIRES.
ANY UNOPENED OR UNUSED FOODS MAY BE LEFT, AND WILL BE DONATED TO THE NEEDY.
