Next is the "Above It All" and it offers an altogether different kind of experience with three bedrooms/3 baths and room for 10 in a semi-hi-rise overlooking the coast. Mango Sun is another brand new vacation home, offering a bright exterior to match the sunny rooms within. With six bedrooms, 4 full baths this grand vacation home sleeps 16. And let's not forget the brand newest....just complete in March 2010.....7 bedroom/5 bath with private pool and gulf views.....CoCo Cabana. Views from the home are lovely! It sleeps 20 and is only 170 actual footsteps to the beach! We also rent street legal golf carts. After living in Virginia Beach, Va for many years we moved here 11 years ago from there(both of us were originally born and raised in upstate New York) We've been in the rental business for 22 years.....been married 23 years.....and very happily at that! 12 years ago we were considering moving to Hawaii until a relative said we just HAD to visit Destin...he said it was like being in Hawaii right here! So we visited and fell instantly in love with the place.....went home sold our rental business and moved here in a matter of months. The rest is history. We have 2 children.....15 and 17....have homeschooled them from the start. We believe in Jesus!, family and integrity. Hopefully you will enjoy Destin as we do. Low Speed Vehicle Golf Carts are considered a vehicle so road rules must be obeyed. Seat belts must be worn and only drivers with a valid license can drive them. They may be driven on any roads marked under 35 MPH. A damage deposit may be required along with the actual rental price. Deposit will be refunded a few days after check-out as long as vehicle is returned in the condition it was received. Please call for details regarding rental. These carts are a lot of fun......and the $$$$ saved on gas while you are on vacation here is a great reason to rent one!!
